Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase and provided the necessary information for shipping, you will access a form with detailed information on shipping and payment options. Once we receive your Purchase Order, we will immediately send you a confirmation of the transaction to the email address you have provided.

We want to be transparent with you regarding promotions and gifts per purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or void such promotions or gifts at any time. AND

Let's talk aboutPrices and payment methods. The prices that apply are those shown on our website at the time of purchase, and already include VAT (Value Added Tax). In addition, if your order is equal to or greater than €60, shipping costs will be free.

Here are the transport prices:

  • Peninsula: €5.95 for purchases equal to or greater than €30.

  • Balearic Islands: €6.95 for purchases equal to or greater than €30.

  • We ensure the constant updating of the information on our website, but you must take into account that, according to Law 37/1992, of December 28, which regulates the tax, the operation may be exempt or not subject to it, depending on the country of residence of the buyer and his condition (entrepreneur or individual). This means that in some cases the final price may vary from that indicated on the website.

  • To make your payments safely, we offer different options:

  • Debit or Credit Card (VISA or MASTERCARD): If you select this payment method, you will directly access our virtual POS to guarantee the total security of the transaction.

  • Now let's move on to the delivery of your products. We ship to all locations in Spain, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Delivery will be made to the address you provide us during business days and during office hours. You can choose an address other than your usual residence, such as your place of work or even send it as a gift to a third party.

  • The delivery time that we indicate on our website is approximate and depends on the availability of the product. However, we strive to meet deadlines within the indicated period. If you place your order on working days and there is stock available, you will receive your products within 48 to 72 hours, depending on the time you make the purchase. Working days are considered Monday through Friday, from the moment the order is shipped.

  • Once we have prepared your order, you will receive an email with the shipping number so that you can track it through the carrier's website.

  • The risk of loss or deterioration of the purchased product will be transferred to you at the time of delivery and its physical possession.

  • We want to facilitate the administrative process and, therefore, we expressly authorize you to receive invoices in electronic format. However, if at any time you prefer to receive a paper invoice, you can let us know by email using our contact form.

  • Regarding the right of withdrawal, we want you to know that you have the right to cancel the contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the products. To exercise this right, you simply must notify us of your decision through an unequivocal statement addressed to Lorente y Carmona S.L. You can send a letter by post or use our online withdrawal form. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is enough that you send the communication regarding your decision before the corresponding period expires.
